Delivery Timing:

Our goal is to deliver your order within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, please be aware that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, stock availability, adverse weather conditions, or high demand on our courier services.

In such instances, we will make every effort to expedite your delivery. If you require urgent delivery for a time-sensitive order, please contact our helpline for immediate assistance.

Please note that the shipping time frames provided on our website are approximate and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control. Your patience and understanding in such situations are greatly appreciated.

Delivery Charges:

- Normal Delivery: 200 PKR for all orders

- Express Delivery: 300 PKR for all orders

- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders above 2500 PKR qualify for free shipping

Delivery Attempts:

Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure that your address, city, and area details are clearly provided when placing your order. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes
