All items purchased from AKIO® are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. We offer two convenient methods for initiating exchanges:

It is essential to ensure that the rider collects the replacement package before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

Eligibility:
All products purchased from AKIO® are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.
